President of Korea Moon Jae-in visits Uzbekistan April 18-21

As it has been announced during the news briefing at Chunchugwan Press Center, the visit to Uzbekistan will be the part of Moon Jae-in’s week-long tour through Central Asia.

Uzbekistan is the second leg of President Moon’s Central Asian tour, as it will start from Turkmenistan, where Moon Jae-in plans to hold summit talks with Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov on raising bilateral cooperation. 
During a visit to Uzbekistan President of Korea aims to discuss upgrading the strategic partnership relationship and measures to bolster bilateral cooperation in “a future-looking manner” with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The last on Moon Jae-in agenda is Kazakhstan, he shall meet Kassym-Jomart Tokayev

To discuss trust building between their two governments and measures to boost bilateral cooperation.
