Mandatory export agreement for fresh and dried fruits and vegetables exports is abolished

Amendments and additions have been made to some decisions of the Government, - the Ministry of Justice press service reports. 

In accordance with the current legislation, when exporting fresh fruits and vegetables, grapes, melons and gourds, legumes, as well as dried vegetables and fruits for an amount exceeding 20 thousand US dollars, it was necessary to issue an export contract (agreement).

According to the amendments, this restriction has been removed. From now exporters of products of this category are granted the right to export fruits and vegetables without entering into an export contract (agreement) on the basis of an invoice.
