Tashkent enters top-5 cheapest cities in the world

According to the  Worldwide Cost of Living 2019 survey  submitted by the Economist Intelligence Unit, capital of Uzbekistan becomes third world cheapest city with Caracas and Damascus heading the list.

The survey compares more than 400 individual prices across over 150 products and services, and is the basis of our ranking of the world’s major cities by cost of living. According to the survey Tashkent showed the prices fall since last year when it ranked 19.

Singapore, Hong Kong and Paris shared the title of the world's most expensive city. They are closely followed by Zurich and Jeneva. In this year’s top 10, Singapore represents the only city that has maintained its ranking from the previous year.
